Powered by Parade’s USB-IF certified PS9010 USB4® dock controller and PS5513 dual-port USB Power Delivery controller, the hub delivers certified multi-protocol high-speed connectivity, comprehensive peripheral expansion, and robust fast charging in a single, compact form factor.
The new UGREEN USB4® Hub addresses the connectivity demands of modern workstations by equipping users with an all-in-one expansion interface. In addition to host pass-through charging, the hub provides a dedicated USB4® downstream port for daisy-chaining, multiple USB 3.2 10Gbps and 5Gbps ports, a 2.5GBase-T Ethernet port, dual SD and TF card readers, an HDMI display output, and an integrated audio headphone jack.
Parade’s silicon architecture serves as the core engine powering the hub’s multi-protocol capabilities. Leveraging Parade’s industry-leading, certified USB4® PHY and tunneling technology, the PS9010 controller manages high-bandwidth data and display streams with maximum efficiency and certified compliance. The hub’s HDMI output is driven from the PS9010’s native DisplayPort interface through a protocol converter, ensuring smooth and reliable video transmission. Meanwhile, downstream peripheral connectivity—including USB data, multi-gigabit networking, and card reader interfaces—is seamlessly routed through the PS9010’s USB 3.2 10Gbps link via an onboard USB hub, guaranteeing stable concurrent throughput across all connected devices.
Power management and port connectivity are orchestrated by Parade’s PS5513 dual-port USB Power Delivery controller. PS5513 oversees USB-C® port detection, enforces strict USB4 protocol negotiation, and manages fast charging profiles, ensuring intelligent and safe power delivery. Furthermore, the PS9010’s low-power architecture minimizes heat dissipation, eliminating the need for dedicated heatsinks and enabling UGREEN to achieve a sleek, fanless enclosure.

The PS9010 is in mass production now. It is available in an 8.5mm x 11.5mm 274-ball BGA package.
