She has built a career at the intersection of law, business strategy, and operations—partnering closely with CEOs, boards, and investors to enable scalable, compliant growth across highly regulated industries.
Over the course of her career, Kaul has led legal, compliance, and risk functions spanning multiple continents, guiding organizations through significant milestones including large-scale transactions, operational integrations, and capital markets events. She has played a central role in more than $8 billion in mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions, and has negotiated over $10 billion in complex commercial agreements—bringing a pragmatic, business-oriented lens to legal strategy.
Known for her ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable guidance, Kaul has served as a trusted advisor on matters ranging from corporate governance and enterprise risk to regulatory strategy, litigation, and global compliance. She has worked extensively with U.S. and international regulatory frameworks, helping organizations navigate evolving requirements while maintaining momentum in competitive markets.
Kaul began her career in private practice before moving into executive leadership roles, where she has consistently been at the forefront of complex, high-stakes business decisions. She holds a Juris Doctor, a Master of Public Health, and a degree in microbiology—reflecting her longstanding focus on the intersection of science, healthcare, and law.
